Insurance Account Manager – Customer Care
Starting Salary $50,000+ | Commission & Bonuses | 24 Paid Days Off | 5% Retirement Match
Kitterman State Farm is looking for a talented, motivated professional to join our Customer Care team in Rapid City.
This isn't a call-center customer service position. You'll build relationships with customers, help families understand and manage their insurance coverage, solve problems, identify additional needs, and become an important part of a high-performing agency team.
Insurance experience is welcome, but it isn't required. We're willing to train and invest in the right person who brings strong communication skills, professionalism, initiative, and a desire to build a career.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service
Assist with coverage questions, policy changes, billing, transfers, and claims-related needs
Proactively follow up and help ensure customers' insurance needs are being addressed
Identify opportunities to better protect customers and their families
Educate customers about appropriate State Farm insurance and financial products
Contribute to the continued growth and success of the agency

Licensing
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required for the position; however, previous insurance experience or an existing license is not required to apply. We will work with the right candidate to complete the necessary licensing and training.
Compensation
Starting guaranteed salary $50,000+ annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission and performance bonuses.
